Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Orders placed before 3 pm CST will be shipped on the same day.

2. Shipping Rates:

To make shipping as pain-free as possible, we're sharing the cost with our customers.

  • For orders that include the following products: Infla-650, BodyRight Pro, Herbal Mana Cream, and Herbal Mana Gel, a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95 will apply. Shipping will be fulfilled through USPS Ground Advantage, and orders should arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
  • For our BEAM or TeamKeto partner products, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8 will apply.


Our customers will never be charged more than $8 for shipping on a typical order.

3. Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage should arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order's progress through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

5. International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA.

6. Customs and Import Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Shipping Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or other shipping issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
